Wayne Allan Haufler
Our brother in Christ, Wayne Allan Haufler, was called home to be with our Lord on Sunday, May 31, 2015.
A service celebrating his life and eternal life with Jesus will be held Monday, June 8, at 10:00am in the Gloria Dei Chapel. Pastor Dan Schepmann will officiate. Interment will be at 1:00pm at Forest Park East. There will be a light luncheon in the Life Center following the service.
The family will receive guests during a time of visitation on Sunday, June 7 from 6:00-8:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd., Webster, TX 77598.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial gifts be directed to Make A Wish Foundation or Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation.
Please keep his wife, Karen; children, Bradley, Rachel and Caleb; parents, Walt and LaDonna and the entire Haufler family in your prayers.
[Jesus said], “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in Me.”
John 14:1
My heart aches for my sister Karen and niece and nephews. Wayne is in a better place but Karen & kids may have to wait a long time to be with him again. “May the Lord bless you and keep you, may His face shine upon you, and give you peace”.
Kim

Our prayers are with your family at this time.
Wayne was a true joy to work with and one of the most honest, genuine, and sincere individuals to cross our paths. He was truly loved and will be dearly missed. Wishing Karen and children the best from here forward.
Walt,
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
Walt and LaDonna,
Karen and children,
Cindy Rathjen and family,
and the rest of the Haufler family–
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God carry you through this difficult time in your lives and help you to find comfort in the days ahead.
I did not know Wayne well, but I do remember how he loved to sing in the Gloria Dei choir.
Sincere prayers
Wayne was a great guy to work with – always positive, never an unkind word for anyone. We are so sorry for your loss.
May the Lord bless and keep you all.
I got to know Wayne a little as a fellow Toastmaster club member. He was always pleasant, passionate about what he spoke about, and had a big heart. He left a big hole when when he had to leave our club. Now, the news of his passing saddens us even more. But, I’m happy he’s in a better place.
The crew at Embedded.com, EE Times, and the Embedded Systems Conference send our sincere condolences to the Wayne Allan Haufler’s family. We interviewed him for story earlier this year and are saddened to hear of his passing. Please let us know if there is anything we can do.
