Victor R. Bardwell
Victor R. Bardwell, 62, of Pearland, TX passed away on February 04, 2024 in Houston, TX. Victor was born on September 3, 1961 in Houston, TX to Donald and Mary Bardwell. He has been a Pearland resident for over thirty years and retired from American National Insurance after 30 years of service.
Mr. Bardwell is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Mary Bardwell. Victor is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Gayle O’Neal Bardwell; stepsons Brent O’Neal and his wife Misty and Brad O’Neal and his wife Melissa; grandchildren Blake O’Neal, Jacob O’Neal, Bryson O’Neal, and Lundyn O’Neal.
Victor touched the lives of all who knew him with his kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for others. He lived with a zest for adventure in his younger years and had a genuine warmth that endeared him to everyone he encountered.
He enjoyed being a devoted husband, riding his Harley motorcycle for many years, spending quality time with his grandkids, and serving the lord. Victor was loved by many, and his absence leaves behind cherished memories.
There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St. Pearland, TX 77581, on Thursday February 08, 2024. Funeral service will follow on Friday February 09, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland, officiated by Pastor Don Bailey. Burial will immediately follow at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, TX. Pallbearers serving will be Brent O’Neal, Brad O’Neal, Jacob O’Neal, Blake O’Neal, Bryson O’Neal, and Darrell Woods.
Victor was a great man. I know he will be missed by so many. We are so sorry for y’all’s loss. May the memories you treasure give each of you comfort.
Hello … I’m am one of many cousins that grew up with Victor, our moms were sisters I have many life long memories growing up with him and even though his wife Gayle did not mention HIS family that LOVED him very much that’s on her he had 2 brothers Thomas Bardwell and wife DeDe and Robert Bardwell . His aunt Roberta Langford ,Jo Ann Mann and Uncle Laval Bolling and many extended family we loved him and always will RIP Victor your in the arms of your Mom now Love, your Family🩷

We My wife Felicia and I met Victor in coca – beach Florida by the NASA plant there He was with friends and in the same trip met Him at home in the surrounding aerea of Houston Texas!
After He left Susan We invite Him to Holland and there He saw for the firsttime a whole different culture because it was His first time out of the USA.
He than had a great time only for dinner by homecooking He always ask without tasting first for catchup!!
It was bad to hear that for Felicia and also for our both mothers those days!😉
Lateron that the childeren Tim and Nadia where born He send very nice toys and hold contact the rest of His life!
Victor You was a great man and We had pleasant times together rest in peace and for Gayle and family be strong in the coming period!

My deepest sympathy to Victor’s family. I grew up with Victor, Robert and Tommy in our Beverly Hills neighborhood. Robert, I just saw you recently at our class reunion. I pray for you and Victor’s family for comfort at this time.

Victor was always a good guy. I enjoyed his friendship. The Monday night drive in movies. The sand pits. Lot’s of good times. Everyone has that family member. We all know her true character. I also loved Don and Mary. They were the cool parents of the neighborhood.
