Tori Lynn Parrott-Hernandez

Tori Lynn Parrott-Hernandez, a beloved 33-year-old wife, mother of two, daughter, & friend from Texas City, Texas, passed away on April 13, 2025. Born on February 17, 1992, in The Woodlands, Texas, to Richard and Rhonda Marquart, she left behind a legacy of love and laughter. She was eccentric & feisty to the end. She loved her husband & children unconditionally & fought so very hard to have as much time with them as possible. She was the embodiment of strength & perseverance.

Tori Lynn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kermit & MaryJean Marquart, of Cypress, TX. She is survived by her devoted husband of nine years, Victor Hernandez, Jr.; their daughter, Violet Hernandez; son, Luke Campbell; her parents, Richard and Rhonda Marquart of Cypress, TX; grandparents, William and Bobbie Babbs, of Livingston, TX; Calvin and Christina Bennett, of Grapeland, TX; and her father and mother-in-law, Kevin and Lori Paulk, of League City, TX.

To honor Tori’s memory, a CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at The Reserve at Cypress Creek located at 16500 Steinhagen Road, Cypress, TX 77429, between 3pm & 5pm.

  1. Tori was always a sweet child growing up. We had so much fun on the trail rides. I love you, Rhonda and Rich. I asked God to bless her children and her husband and keep them well and in comfort of their loss. God bless y’all all.Love y’all
