Steward James Schultz
Steward James Schultz, of Webster, Texas, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at his home in Webster at the age of 42. He was born on June 26, 1981 in Galveston, Texas to Michael Schultz and Roxanne Soto. He was lovingly raised by Mike, Roxanne and his step-father, Guale Soto.
Steward’s family remembers him as a gamer, a puzzle solver, a math whiz, and a movie lover. Despite his diabetes, he was a major foodie with a strong craving for candy! He always welcomed leftovers from his brother-in-law, Russell. He was particularly fond of his youngest brother, Jose, and his three nephews, Tim, Jacob, and Caleb.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mike, his grandparents, Blanche Schaper, Milton Schultz Sr, Juanita and Jimmie Ramirez Sr, and his cousin, Ellsworth Raup III, Steward leaves a legacy of laughter and a big, bright smile.
Steward is survived by his mother and step-father, Roxanne and Guale Soto; his siblings, Cassaundra (Russell) Lala, Mike Schultz Jr, and Jose Soto; his nephews, Tim, Jacob, and Caleb; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The Family will receive friends on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 10:00am with a Service to honor Steward’s life to be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 E Main St, League City, TX 77573. A reception will follow after the service.
