Missy and Family,
I was very sadden to hear of my good buddy’s passing. Saul and I became the best of friends in the mid seventies as we worked together in the same department while at Vandenberg Air Force Base. I’ll always cherish the fond memories and Sauls’ positive attitude towards life. He fought a good fight, he kept the faith and will be missed be all those that loved him. May God richly bless you and the family as you morn his passing.

Diaz Family,
My sincerest condolences on the passing of Saul. I was a coworker with at United Space Alliance during the Shuttle Upgrades era. Saul was always jovial and smiling even during the hardest parts of the Shuttle shut down. I do remember that he always bragged on his family and was so proud of his boys.
Mrs. Diaz and family, I’m am so very sorry to hear of Saul’s passing. He and I worked on so many teams together at United Space Alliance. He was so respectful, polite, gentleman, profession, smart and on and on. I never said him in a bad mood — quite the contrary. Such a great man he was and will always be sadly missed!! My daily prayers for him!
Mrs. Diaz and boys…this is Joanne at St. John Hospital. We all want to express our sincerest sympathy in Saul’s passing. He was an absolute joy to take care of and he never forget to say ‘thank you’ a thousand times!! We were praying for a good outcome for him and all of you because he certainly deserved one. You are a wonderful family and I know you will be able to lean on each other to get through this. Please know that we are thinking of you and your wonderful family.
It is April 1st today and this is the first year I have not had to answer that wonderful question ” Who is the prettiest birthday boy? – Saul is, Saul is !!! I truly miss the big guy as no one could make me laugh like he could. He was a wonderful human being and there will never be another April 1st go by without remembering how lucky I was to have known him.
Who is prettiest birthday boy? Saul is! Saul is! Happy Birthday Big Guy. Still missing that phone call that always made April 1st so special. Still in my thoughts and prayers.
I was friends schoolmates with Saul, Patsy, and especially Arthur from Elementary school on. Saul, Art and I all played the trumpet in Band. He was a great guy, and I am sad to learn of his passing.
I’ve been trying to find Art, as we were great friends and joined the Navy together in the Buddy program. We both eventually worked in law enforcement. I would love to hear how the rest of the family is doing and touch bases with them.
My condolences to the Diaz family and know I have warm memories of you all
