Roy “Ringo” Austin Morgan, Sr. (76) of San Leon, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023. He was born on May 27, 1947 in Jacksonville, Texas to Lois and Q.D. Morgan. Roy was a Carpenter by trade and worked in Residential Construction.

Roy is preceded in death by his mother and father, daughter; Stacey Marie Bryan, and grandson; Thomas Austin Bryan. He is survived by his son; Roy Morgan, Jr. (Stormie), step-son; David Pride (Laura), ex-wife and best friend; Margie Morgan, sister; Martha Kay, grandchildren; Gracie Morgan, Emalee Morgan, Abigael Morgan, Martin Pride and Clayton Pride, nephews; Clinton Kay and Clifton Kay, niece Crystal Kay-Lewis (Michael), great-niece; Kaylin Healer and numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. A funeral service will begin at 11:00am on Friday, July 14, 2023 with Pastor Joseph Reynolds officiating at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque.

Pallbearers will be, Roy Morgan, Jr., David Pride, Jeff Jenny, Clifton Kay, Clinton Kay, Martin Pride, and Clayton Pride.
