My sister leaving was sad but my childhood memories of her taking care of me, my twin brother and baby sister will always live in my heart.
I remember our visit with her in Mariposa at Day Colony, she enjoyed talking about her grandchildren, Nicholas and Eboni, and spending time with her friends. One of our most memorable visits was being invited to a bingo party with her and the Mariposa friends. We enjoyed their company, them sharing their favorite foods and good conversations. But the most recent and joyful time was at her 85th surprise birthday party sponsored by her niece Tasha, where friends enjoyed the music, dancing, good food and reminiscing about old times.
Thank you for all you did for our parents, and especially thank you for being YOU.
