Ronnie Eugene Wood, of League City, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018 in Webster, Texas at the age of 76.  He was born on January 25, 1942 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Paul and Pauline Wood. Ron was a loyal employee of Raytheon Air and liked by his coworkers. He loved to fish and had more equipment than Academy.   Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Pauline, and sisters Donna Gardner and Brenda Gilder.  He is survived by his loving wife Leslie, daughter Catherine Gardner and husband Eddie, brothers Bill Wood wife Patsy, Paul Wood and wife Jeanne, Kevin Wood, grandchildren Edward “Trey” Gardner, and Shane Gardner and many other loving family and friends.  The Family will receive friends on Monday Oct 15 from 5-9:00pm at Crowder, Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.  A Grave Side Ceremony will follow on Tuesday Oct. 16 at 11am at Mt. Olivet cemetery on 45.
