A memorial service for Ronald Elvin Johanson, 71, of Clear Lake, Texas will be held on August 12, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, Dickinson, Texas. Officiating at the memorial will be Pastor Jimmy White, with Chaplain Blair Rowell giving the eulogy.
Mr. Johanson passed away August 1, 2017 at Webster Kindred Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born June 12, 1946 in Port Arthur, Texas, Ronald was a forty year resident of Dickinson, Texas, attended First Baptist Church of Dickinson; and prior to a stroke in 2009 was employed as Sales Manager for Hotchkiss Waste Disposal, Baytown.
Ronald Is survived by his mother, Jane Johanson of Clear Lake, Texas, and father, Milton C. Johanson of Dallas, Texas; daughter Telisa Johanson and partner Bobby Lobit of Cypress, Texas; son, Dewayne Johanson and wife Mary of Magnolia, Texas; two grandsons, Jacob and Caleb of Magnolia, Texas; two brothers, Tom Johanson and wife Yvonne of Mission, Kansas and Daryl Johanson of Clear Lake, Texas; sister, Jan Bailey and husband Mike of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and three nephews, J, Jacob, and Josh.
