Roger Fernando Valdez
Roger Fernando Valdez, 71, passed away August 22, 2018. Roger was born December 9, 1946 in San Antonio, TX. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
Roger leaves behind his wife, Anne Dye-Valdez; daughters: Paula Goodson, Cathleen Harrison, Ginger Blankenship and Patty Skains; son: Derrick Kraft; grandchildren: Cord, Jonathan, Sean, Sarah, MacKenzie, Carter and MacClaren; sister: Patricia Trevino and brother: Andrew Valdez. Roger is preceded by his parents Dave and Alice Valdez and grandson Charles David.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Mission Park Cemetery in San Antonio, TX.

I have always found comfort from the Bibles words at Phil. 4:7 that says “and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” I hope you can receive comfort from these words as well.
