Raymond John Bliss, 51, a resident of San Leon, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015 in Nassau Bay, Texas.  He was formerly of Pasadena and Houston, Texas.  He was born November 2, 1963 in Fullerton, California.  Raymond had a quick wit and a penetrating sense of humor.  He had the ability to make people laugh at themselves and with him.  For over 30 years he laid any and all types of flooring and planted thousands of trees.  He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice Ray Bliss, his brother Jeffrey Scott Bliss, and his nephew, Brandon Scott Bliss.  He is survived by his mother, Sharon Graudushus, and stepfather George Graudushus; brothers Russell Zafarano and Shawn Graudushus; nephew Christopher Scott Bliss and many friends who go back for decades.  He will be dearly missed by all.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas.  Interment will follow at San Leon Cemetery in San Leon, Texas.
