Phillip Wayne Briner
Phillip Wayne Briner passed away peacefully on August 31, 2020 in League City at his home at the age of 74. He was born on April 13, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Noble and Rilla Mae Briner, Brother; Joey, and sister; Barbara.
Phil is survived by his soulmate, Adela of 39 years, children; Jason Briner, Adam Briner, Jennifer (Matt) Snider, Michael (Amanda) Marsh; brother; Donnie (Linda) Briner, grandchildren; Brandon, Ethan, Willa, Emmy, and Kennedy and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Phil was a very loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to everyone he met.
Phil was truly a one-of-a-kind! Phil was always so nice, polite, kind-hearted, genuine, loving, and extremely smart. He was there to help family and friends with household projects, went to every sport/school event for his children and grandchildren, and was always there when you needed him. He made sure his family was taken care of and always put them first. He touched the hearts of so many….He will be greatly missed.
There will be a Celebration of his Life and Memories for his immediate family at a later date.
Remembering our good friendship during our years at Clarksville High School. Rest in peace old friend.

Adela — I am so sorry for you and your family’s loss. The few times I was able to be with you and Phil I always liked his sense of humor. He was always so nice.
