Peter Lidington
Peter, a loved and respected, Man, Father, Husband, Son, Brother and so much more. He had such a great love for his family and was so very proud of all 3 of his daughters. He loved the fact that he had to watch Disney movies and do crafts quite often. He would tease about it on his posts, but we all knew he loved anything he was doing with his 3 sweethearts.
He passed on Sept 1st, 2021 at age of 46 . We will never forget your laughs, your silly jokes, wedgies, pranks or your birthday songs and all the crazy voices you used to sing to all of us every year. There will definitely be less fireworks in the sky every 4th of July and we will never forget your Happy Easter sign or any chance to just celebrate life!
Peter is survived by three daughters, Cassie Diane Lidington, Berklee Aaron Lidington ,Hasting Renee Lidington and his wife Tisha Renee Lidington. His Siblings are Daniel James Lidington, John Joseph Lidington, Catherine Alice Lidington Anooshian, and Thane Gault. His parents, Dianna Kay Chamberlin, Richard Lionel Lidington, Duane Charles Gault, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, sisters and brother in laws, and loved family members.
Peter was born in Coos Bay Oregon July 17,1975 and moved to Slinger Wisconsin as an infant where he attended school until 1983. He loved playing in the snow, building forts and playing on Gran and Grampy’s farm. He loved the out doors and his full kid size Batman mobile, Star wars toys and Ninja Turtles. One time he and his brother decided to have a frog jumping contest in the finished basement of the house with a group of friends. with live frogs. The family Moved to Bullhead City Az from 1983 to 1989 where he finished grade school and middle school. He had a favorite pet he picked out from the pet store, a large rat he called Rude Rat. He also loved playing with our German Shepard Alex. Sports were high on the list and he showed no fear to try a new one. A few broken bones to show for that! He always loved fishing any chance he could get with his grandpa. This was a true passion and loved to take his girls fishing all the time. Some of his activities were track and field, baseball, skateboarding. Attended church regularly and participated in tiger cubs, cub scouts, and later boy scouts. His favorite was all the camp outs and any opportunity to build a campfire. The scouts had a camp out one time and a flash flood came and separated the troop. Pete and one other scout ended up spending the night but were found because of course Pete built a campfire for them to see.
The family moved to Tempe Az in 1989 where he started high school at Tempe High and graduated in 1993. He was on the wrestling team, played tennis, church sports, continued the boy scout program and camping activities. Had many friends through-out his life. He was always teasing his brothers and sister and anyone near-by. Peter was a kind soul who loved to debate. Very much enjoyed poetry and literature. Music was also very high on his list. He liked all kinds from Beethoven to Rock, and all in-between. He was so helpful to his family and often in charge of brothers and sis which included sling shots and bb guns in the backyard were often in the plans for the day along with bicycle jumping and later dirt bikes and motorcycles.
Peter had his first child Cassie in 1996. He moved to Texas in 2005 for work opportunities and married Tisha in 2006. He then was blessed again with two more daughters, Berklee in 2008 and Hastings in 2012. He made the perfect girl dad because he didn’t mind all the pink and glitter, but made sure that the girls loved to fish and tinker on things.
Peter always worked hard and Customers were always drawn to him. Peter started in the pool industry and moved to the environmental industry where he often excelled and developed life long friends.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 4:00pm at 2415 Spoonbill Drive, League City, TX 77573.
