Peggy Marie (Bull) Campbell

Peggy Marie (Bull) Campbell, passed from this life into eternity with Christ on February 19, 2021, in Webster, Texas. Peggy was born on March 13, 1940, at the family home in Agua Dulce, TX. She is predeceased by her father, W. A. Bull of Houston; sister Judy Bull Taylor of Houston; infant daughter, Anna Leah Campbell; and son, Jeremy Paul Campbell, League City.

Surviving Peggy are her mother, Elizabeth Bull, of League City; sister, Carol Rice, of Houston; Daughter and son-in-law, Susan and John Murphy, of Mobile, AL; grandson, Jared Murphy and wife Jessica, and great-grandson, Harrison, of Houston; granddaughter Lindley Murphy Grant and husband Patrick Grant, and great-granddaughters Aven and Allister Grant, Santa Barbara, CA; niece, Heather Taylor and husband Ryan, Houston, TX; nephew Michael Rice and wife Tammi, Houston, TX; and great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Peggy graduated with honors from Plaquemine High School, Plaquemine, LA, and attended business school in Baton Rouge. Peggy worked as civilian office support staff at the Naval Air Station (ARADMAC) in Corpus Christi, TX; and after relocating to Houston, she worked for Beaumont Well Works in Bellaire, TX. She is retired from the Purchasing department at St. John Hospital in Nassau Bay, TX. As a member of Nassau Bay Baptist Church, Peggy attended the Ventures Sunday School class, Sonshiners 55+ group, and was a greeter on Sunday mornings.

A service of remembrance and celebration will be held for Peggy on Saturday, April 10, 1:30 pm at Nassau Bay Baptist Church. Interment will be in Seabrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nassau Bay Baptist Church Missions at 18131 Nassau Bay Dr., Houston, TX 77058.

    I am so sorry to hear of Peggy’s passing. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. The days ahead will be hard, but God is there for you to lean on. So bery sorry.
