Paul Thomas Ruotsi, 79, passed away on September 19, 2024, in Houston, Texas. He was born on January 11th, 1945 in Duluth, Minnesota, to Mildred and Paul Ruotsi.

Paul is survived by: children, Paul J. Ruotsi and his wife Carla Silva, Tiffani Ruotsi and her husband Josiah Bivens, and Melissa Ruotsi; grandchildren, Logan Bivens; Sister, Marylin Palmer and her husband Dr. David; and numerous family members and friends.

He earned a bachelor’s in Automotive Technology from Pittsburg State University. He was passionate about serving Jesus Christ and loved cooking and gardening in his free time.
