Patty Rae Holmes, 76, passed away on 04.05.2023 in Houston, Texas. She was born on October 22, 1946 in Fort Carson, Colorado to Everett and Delta Broadus.

Patty was a widow and is survived by her: daughters, Tanya Taylor, Angela Benedict and Sascha Holmes; sister, Terri Denman; brothers, Joe Broadus and Randall Broadus; grandchildren, Joshua Taylor, Robert Benedict and Robert Holmes-Edwards IV; great grandchildren, Joshua Taylor, Jr., Lilyana Taylor, Jace Taylor, and Noah Edwards and numerous family members and friends. She had a passion for her family and loved animals.
