Amanda and family, my heart goes out to all of you for your great loss. I prayed that God give you comfort and hope. In an ancient book of wisdom, the Bible, there are many comforting verses for those who grieve. One is in John 11:23-25 where Jesus told a woman named Martha who had lost her brother, Lazarus, in death just four days prior to this, he said, I am the resurrection and life. Then in this same chapter in John, down in verses 42-44, after a brief prayer, he resurrected Lazarus and gave him back to his sisters. This is what the resurrection will be like; people coming back as PEOPLE, and this could well include Pablo. Relation 21:1-4 describes a completely new world that God is making where death, sorrow, pain and tears will be gone forever. Can you picture all of you together with Pablo at a huge family gathering, laughing, rejoicing, enjoying each other’s company together? This is a possibility if you want it. For a discussion of this please go to jw.org. I hope this has helped a little. Steve
