Omye Loyd Neely, of Kemah, Texas passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the age of 81. Omye was born January 22, 1936 in Grandfield, Oklahoma to Omye and Estella Neely. He is preceded in death by his parents Omye and Estella Neely and brother J.C. Neely.  Omye is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter Belinda Dean and husband Randy, son Darril and wife Paula. His 6 grandchildren Derek, Chelsea, Adam, Amy, Sarah and Ariel, and 4 great grandchildren Zoee, Micah, Madaline and Wyatt. A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas. Graveside services will be held Monday, January 30, 2017 at 11am at Frederick Cemetery, Frederick, Oklahoma.
