Norma Kay Simpson was born November 25, 1941 in Hood River, Oregon and passed away July 5, 2023 in Houston, TX at the age of 81. She was a resident of Mosier, OR of 7 years formerly of Onton, KY and loved to volunteer at the Mosier Valley Library.

She reunites with her husband Donald Simpson; and parents, Gilbert and Georgia Jubitz.

Norma leaves behind her daughter, Jennifer Young, husband Mike; grandchildren: Kaytlin Young, and Kelsey Young; great grandchildren: Gianna Canaan, and Gabriella Canaan; sister, Vicki Jackson, husband Steve; brother, David Jubitz.
