Norma Dell Harper (Ussary), 85, was born November 23, 1931 in Piedmont, Oklahoma. She was born the youngest of 4 daughters to Maurice and Phyllis (Huggard) Ussary.  Norma passed from this earth on July 19, 2017 after a struggle with COPD and a hip fracture. She was a graduate of Piedmont H.S. was married to Neely Pride Harper for 47 years. She was a member of Piedmont Order of the Eastern Star, and the Clear Lake United Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Neely and sisters Virginia, Laura, and Marcene.  She is survived by her son, Charles Neely Harper and daughters Paula Ruth Vandruff of Payson, AZ and Donna Ann White of Webster, TX, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
