Nora Torralba Fernandez
Nora Torralba Fernandez, of Houston, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 in Nassau Bay, Texas at the age of 78. She was born on August 5, 1942 in La Union, Balaoan, Philippines to Geronimo and Felciana Torralba.
Nora moved to the United States in 1970’s and has worked various jobs from LA to New York to Chicago then finally settled in Houston TX. Nora worked as a Nutritionist at various hospitals in the Houston area and for Harris County WIC. She loved traveling, cooking, sewing, shopping and fishing. She loved any vacation that involved the ocean. She enjoyed get togethers with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Father Geronimo Torralba, Mother Felciana Torralba, Father in Law Isidro Fernandez, Mother in Law Estrella Fernandez, Brother in Law Clemente Campos, Brother in Law Ricardo Fernandez and Sister in Law Cynthia Fernandez
Nora is survived by her Husband Pancer Fernandez, Son Mark Fernandez and wife Carmen, their children Luis Fernandez and Ariana Fernandez; Son Robert Fernandez and wife Ileana, their children Dominic Fernandez, Noah Fernandez, Isabella Fernandez and Balthazar Fernandez; Daughter Yvonne Fernandez Sarabia and husband David David Sarabia and their children Lucas Sarabia, Olivia Sarabia and Ava Sarabia and Sister Delia Campos.
The Family will host a virtual service on December 8, 2020 with a Virtual Viewing at 3pm, and Vigil Service with Rosary at 4pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.
In lieu of flowers, you may send memorials to San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish Church, Dr. Camilo Osias Balaoan, La Union 2517.
