Nora Dell Morris
Nora Dell Solomon Morris, 89, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 in Pasadena, Texas. She was born on July 3, 1931 in Palestine, Texas to Bennie Nora League Solomon and Alfred Ashley Solomon. She is preceded in death by her: husband, James O. Morris, Sr. and daughter, Sandy Lynn Parr. She is survived by her: son, James O. Morris, Jr.; daughter, Wendy Ann Sjogren; brother, James Alfred Solomon; grandchildren, Hillary Gardiner, Michael Morris, Cheyenne Parr, Colleen Parr, Whitney Hanks, Leanda Cherry, Sarah Sjogren, 12 great grandchildren and numerous family members and friends whom she loved with all hear heart.
A memorial will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd., Webster, Texas 77598. She will be laid to rest next to her late husband, James O. Morris, Sr. on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 10:00 am at Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee, Texas.
I am so sorry to hear of Dell’s passing. I fondly remember the trips to the lake every summer, and all the time spent with Wendy and Sandy. Such a wonderful lady.
Hope that you guys start healing soon, i only talked with her a few times.She seemed very nice.
Dell was a joy to be around. Always a smile on her face and laughter in the air. She will be missed dearly. Rejoice in Paradise, Dell. Until we meet again..,
