Niki Lynn Berkenpas, of League City, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at her home in League City at the age of 65.  She was born on July 11, 1957 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Nicholas and Betty Vredevoogd.

Niki is survived by her loving husband Thomas Allen Berkenpas, daughters Jillian Berkenpas, Kelsey Kershner and spouse Kevin Kershner, sons Jason Berkenpas and spouse Kelly Berkenpas, Nathan Berkenpas and wife spouse Berkenpas, brothers Mark Vredevoogd, Mike Vredevoogd and spouse Michele, Matthew Vredevoogd and spouse Suzette, grandchildren Alexander Kershner, Bradyn Berkenpas, Dylan Berkenpas and many other loving family and friends.

Niki’s Favorite Bible Verse – Isaiah 40:31 – but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles;  they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
