Nestor Paul Rivera, of League City, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2014 at the age of 47. He was born on March 31, 1966 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Andres and Alvina Rivera. He was preceded in death by his parents Andres and Alvina, and sisters Melissa and Ester. Nestor is survived by his son Paul Anthony Rivera, daughters Laura Guerra and husband Jay, Jacqueline Rivera, granddaughter Eliana Grace, his children’s mother Rosa Rivera, mother Margaret Hernandez, sisters Esperanza Gallegos and husband Gilbert, Jeanie Rivera, Anita Rivera, Caroline Rivera, Bernadette Rubideaux, Kathleen Callahan, brothers Vincent Rivera and wife Diana, Joe Rivera and wife Ethel, Jerry Rivera and wife Diana, Pedro Rivera and wife Virginia, Larry Rivera and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. The Family will receive friends on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 5:00pm with a Ceremony at 7:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 851 Hwy 517 W, Dickinson, Texas 77539. A Funeral service will follow on Saturday at 10am at Crowder Funeral Home with interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas
