Mr. Jerry Lynn Criswell, 74, husband of Charlotte A. Criswell, passed away August 12, 2018 at WakeMed Heart Center in Raleigh, North Carolina with his loving family by his side.

Jerry was born December 12, 1943 to Mr. Bert and Doreen Criswell. Jerry was a retired business owner and an Honored Veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and loved spending time with family and friends.

Jerry is proceeded in death by his parents; daughter, Teri and son, Danny. Jerry is survived by his wife; daughters, Tammy Jo Criswell of Tennessee, Rhonda Shields of Arizona and Theresa Lazarus of Texas; son, Michael Thiel of Texas; sisters, Barbara Kinman, Susan Daugherty, LaVaya Criswell and Donna Dankemeyer of Arizona, thirteen Grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews along with an abundant amount of friends that he considered family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in Jerry’s honor to The American Heart Association or your favorite charity.

Funeral services will be held at Crowder Funeral Home located at 2422 E Broadway St. Pearland, Texas 77581 on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 1pm. Burial immediately following at SouthPark Cemetery, 1310 North Main Street, Pearland, Texas 77581.
