Mary Roberta Wallace-Bejmuk, 59, passed away at her home on Thursday, January 26, 2017 with her husband at her side in Houston, Texas. She was born on January 31, 1957 in Los Angeles, California and adopted by her loving parents Robert and Hildur Wallace.
Mary is survived by: her loving husband of 21 years, Bohdan “Bo” Bejmuk; daughter, Elizabeth Bejmuk;  Daniel Bejmuk, stepson and his wife  Claudia and daughter Chloe; and her adored Aunt  Annie Wallace;  and recently reunited with her birth family Lee LaBrash, mother; her sisters, Laurie and Kerry; brothers, Robert and Patrick, and numerous family members and friends.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State L.A. Mary worked as a teacher at Mokler Elementary School. Her passion was her daughter Elizabeth, whom Mary guided through numerous academic achievements and  activities:  Ballet, Volleyball and singing.  Mary loved to make quilts and give them away to her friends and their children.
Mary’s family will receive guests at a Viewing on Saturday, February 4th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM including  a Ukrainian Memorial Service at 3:30 PM at Crowder Funeral Home, Webster, TX.
