Through the years, Mary Ann was a piano teacher for over 50 years, taught school with the Clear Creek Ind. School District. She loved china painting, volunteered for over 25 years with Bay Area Meals on Wheels. She also was a china painter, loved to read, cook and work in her yard. After retirement, she & John traveled in Europe & the United States with life long friends.

There was not a person she ever came across that did not smile after being with her. This was her greatest gift.

She is survived by her son Jay Turner & wife Jan. Daughter Janis Hall & husband Steve. Her brother Ben Lester & wife Marsha. Many nieces & nephews. 4 Grandpets & countless friends

  1. Mrs. Turner was a wonderful woman. She showed much patience with me when I was her piano student. She was an energetic and enthusiastic choir director at church also. I’ll remember her being always positive and vibrant.
