Marshall Steven Tice passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, February 25, 2024, in The Woodlands, Texas.  He was born August 26, 1957 in Texas City, Texas. During his career, Marshall was an Outside Sales Representative for O’Reilly Auto Parts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall William Tice and Alice Carolyn Tice along with his brother William Roy Tice. Left behind to cherish his memory is Lisa Ann Tice, his loving wife of 32 years, his three children and their spouses, Tiffany Lynn Goodman and husband Tony, Hollie Lynnette Dearmond and husband Kent, and Amber Nicole Tice, his grandchildren that he loved and was so very proud of Hunter Goodman, Bryson Goodman, Brayden Dearmond and Dylan Dearmond.  He also left behind his sister, Judy Diane Tice along with many other family and friends.

In his honor, there will be a visitation on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Seabrook Cemetery in Seabrook, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers are Daniel Brown, David Brown, Kent Dearmond, David Strom, Jr., Manuel Escalon and Robbie Robertson. Honorary pallbearers are Hunter Goodman, Bryson Goodman and Jesse Tellez.
