  1. Thank you David for sharing wonderful memories of Marianne and keeping her true beauty alive! She was an amazing traveler and I’ll always remember our times abroad as well as sharing opera experiences. But most of all her wonderful laughter, witty comments and easy smile.

  5. Thanks for sharing this very sad news with us.
We recently were sharing a story about Marianne, it was during our time in Clear Lake. I was in Europe for PEPI meetings and
a hurricane was coming and could hit Houston. She took care of Anja and the kids, they had to stay over in their house, no discussion.

That was Marianne for us, apart from being my manager she was taking care of us.

She will be in our memories!

  6. I have many memories of Marianne and apart from being my manager she was also my friend. She loved to travel and was a talented seamstress. We used to get our hair done together on Friday nights and would have a few glasses of wine “or” martinis while laughing and sharing stories, such fun memories. She had a good heart and will be missed.

  9. I was truly devastated when I heard the news about Marianne. As I remember her in my thoughts, I think “What a classy lady” she was. She used to tell me stories of the travels that her and David experienced with the car shows and the great friends that they developed. She would always say “David was so proud of his car”. David you sure were one lucky fella for having her cross your path in life, as a matter of fact we all were very lucky for her crossing ours as well.
Marianne, you will always be remembered and thanks for all that you did.

  12. Dear David,

I am so sorry for your loss. Marianne was a very special person. Sandy and I have known you both for over thirty years. I will never forget the sweet times together with you both and how gracious you and Marianne always were to us. She had been in our prayers ever since we learned of her illness several years ago. This I know, for Marianne it was a win win in either case! She was a child of God and I know where she is and I rejoice that we will meet again one day. We’re all just passing through this fallen world. And you my dear friend were there for her standing with her and doing everything you possibly could as a faithful husband! God’s blessings to you and may He give you peace and comfort in the days ahead. If there is anything that we can do for you please let me know.

Your brother and sister in Christ,
    David and Sandy
