My deepest sympathies to the family. I loved Aunt Mamie and it saddens me to hear of her passing.
It’s always funerals when we seem to see one another through the passing years.
I can remember when we all went to Grapeland for our reunions. Uncle Norman stated,” One of us will not be here for the next one.” He was so right!
I will miss Aunt Mamie in spirit even though I didn’t get to visit her. We saw her on her 80th birthday I believe.
I love all of you and wish you comfort in this time of grief.
God Bless You All!

Pam,
My prayers go out to you and your brothers. I hope she is now in a better place. I know you will miss her. Sorry I cannot be there, we will be out of town. We need to get together and talk sometime.
Dear Pam Ronnie and Robert,
So sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I hadn’t seen her since she moved from Palestine. I would guess I haven’t seen any of you’ll since my dad died in 1992. I remember the reunions and what fun our kids had there, mom and I went to uncle leroys funeral in Slocum years back. Mom passed away March 17, 2013. She was 90. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. She was a great Aunt. Bless you all.
