Magaly Inez Gonzalez, 61, of Lexington Park, Maryland, passed away on November 28, 2018 in Pasadena, Texas.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:30pm Sunday, December 2nd at Berean Baptist Church, 10250 North Freeway Houston, TX 77037.
Magaly was born in New York City, New York to Sergio Kentish and Maria Serrano on April 16, 1957. She went to school in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She married Juan Gonzalez Brillon on December 21, 1975 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She worked as an educator for Mae Smythe Elementary. She was involved in Canzion Institute of Music and Ecclesia Houston.
Magaly Inez Gonzalez is preceded in death by Sergio Kentish and Isabel Brillon.Magaly Inez Gonzalez is survived by spouse Juan Gonzalez Brillon, daughter Marangely Grimes, son Juan Oscar Gonzalez, son in-law Michael Grimes grandson Jordan Grimes, granddaughter Isabel Grimes, daughter in-law Candice Ahwah-Gonzalez, granddaughter Nyla Jade Gonzalez, Granddaughter Ruby Marie Gonzalez. Mother Maria Serrano, sister Victoria Rice, brother Sergio Kentish, sister in-law Tracy Kentish, sister Angela Kentish, and brother Marvin Kentish.

Juan, Tito, Mara and Family… please except our condolences in the loss of our Beloved Maggie. Warm, Beautiful, Loving and Caring is everything she was. There wasn’t anyone she didn’t try to Love. She had the most infectious laugh and beautiful smile. Her laughter made you to laugh, even if you weren’t sure why you were laughing. At the office we could hear that hearty laughter and we knew it was Maggie. Maggie spoke so lovingly of her family. She loved you all with a God fearing love. She used to speak about each of you and had so much joy from spending time with her family. I feel like I know each of you from her stories! We worked together prayed together and laughed; I’m blessed to have known her. Maggie I’m gonna miss you… Rest-In-Peace my Sister in Christ.. I Love You!

I am still in shock. My sincere condolences to all of you. I will miss her so much,we had some great times together. She taught me so many things and keep me going when I had my cancer. She was such a great person and she loved all of you so much. I feel truly bless to have know her. Rest in peace until we meet again.
