Madeline Carol Smith, 79, a resident of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 30^th, 2023. Madeline was born on December 29^th, 1943 in Alvin, Texas to parents, James Yarbrough and Neva (Williams) Yarbrough.

She was a devoted wife and mother.

Madeline is preceded in death by her husband, George Ronald Smith; daughters, Pamela Evans and husband, Jim and Kathy Aleman and husband, Frank; step-son, Shay Smith and wife, Cairene; sisters, Dorothy Newsom and Laura Crosby; brothers, James “Jimmy” Yarbrough and Billy Yarbrough; grandchildren, Jason, Diana, Brandon, Brian, Candace, Billy, Cory, Kasie, Mekenzie, Eric and Jeff and many great-grandchildren.
