Lynda Joyce Muecke Perkins Ladewig Porras, 72, passed away at home in Texas City, Thursday, December 17, 2015, surrounded by her husband and children. She fought a 6 year battle with Pancreatic Cancer complicated by Diabetes. She is survived by her loving husband Jose (Joe) Porras and her four children: Rhonda Lynn Perkins Karim and husband (Mohamid); Ronald Gregory Perkins; Angela Renée Perkins Roppolo and husband (Nick), and Misty Gale Ladewig. She is survived by 12 grand-children: Kasey, Briana, Trisha, Marissa, AJ, Trevor, Emma, Jacen, Alex, Louie, Gabriel, and Ivan. She is survived by three sisters, Nancy Janette Smith, Patricia (Patsy) Sue Watkins, and Glenda Gale Cox. She also had several nieces and a nephew. She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis Albert and Grace Muecke. Lynda was a lifelong resident of Pasadena/ Bacliff/ Seabrook and Texas City, she graduated from Pasadena High School in 1964. Visitation will be held from 10:30 am to 11:30 am Monday, December 21, 2015, at Crowder Funeral Home, La Marque. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am Monday, at the funeral home, with Rev. Johnny Angel officiating. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery, Pearland, Texas (1310 North Main Street Pearland, TX 77581).
