Lloyd Allen Richardson, Jr., a 52 year resident of Houston, Texas, passed away April 30, 2023 in Webster, TX. He was born November 22, 1938, LA. When he was 6 his family moved to Pasadena, TX. He went to serve his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. After leaving the Army Lloyd worked for Ethyl Corporation for 35 years before retiring.

He is preceded in death by his parents Lloyd Sr. and Helen Richardson; sister Elizibeth Miles; Carl Richardson; and Larry Richardson.

Lloyd leaves behind his wife of 60 1/2 years, Shirley Richardson; Daughters: Julie Richardson, and Monica Smiley, her husband John; granddaughter, Emily Wright; sister Dortha Ludwig; brothers Rono Richardson, Gary Richardson and his wife Jan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland.
