LB was a man I so admired! He genuinely cared about me and my family and was always the absolute gentleman. He had a zest for life and the love he and Debbie shared was so evident. I’ll never forget LB’s caring demeanor, hospitality, and mentorship. It was a short 2 years that I was LB’s neighbor and I’ll always regret not communicating on a more frequent basis as my profession had me on the move, however, I’ll take many traits from LB as I raise my young daughter. There are no better men than LB! My sincere condolences to Debbie, his family, and so many friends. My prayers, gratitude, and thanks to LB and Debbie for providing me with such a loving friendship. These two are simply the BEST. My memories of LB will always brighten my day and my daughter will come to know this great man.
My heart goes out to you and your family. I only met LB once, but instantly liked him. May God give you comfort in your time of grief.

I feel like I’m speaking in front of a room and it’s so Quiet! So never do I speak when I should at services, and rarely do I write on sites like this; but today is a Day to Shout Out to the Highest Mountain and share what an Unbelievable Soul we’ve just Lost! Can I say out Loud, he was a Favorite 🙂 Both he & Debbie always have been!!
We worked together and kept the Bay Islands Aggressor as busy as we could back in the day! We visited each other, but early on ‘we were Family’ so was the whole original Aggressor clan Family 🙂 How did the Blackman’s find us in Morgan City, LA ?
Things and happenings change, but never did the deep Love and Trust!
God Love and Hold you Larry Blackman, my Mom/Dad & Big Paul are there, and no doubt, you’re being held up as you’re adding your Special Touch!! I’m gonna miss you,
We ALL Love You So Much!!
Dearest Debbie and Family,
