It is always sad to say goodbye, but Kirby had just about worn out his body and can now be rested for ever. Along with his wife of 70 years he gave us four lovely daughters to carry on. God bless us all as we say farewell to Kirby Harding.
I only met kirby one time when he was in Los Angeles while serving in the armed forces. It was 1949/50, l was 3 or4 yrs. I am 77 now and all these years I have referred to him as “Kirb a lloyd”. thats what I thought I heard My mother, Ruby Marie [his cousin ] had a lot of respect for him so I heard a little about him from time to time.
I met Aunt Willy once when she drove cross country to Los Angeles in her Nash automobile. Aunt Katherin and her boys are all gone.
I believe I am the only one left on my side of the family. My mom, my dad [Red], my brother ,[Jim] ,my sister [Lynn] are all gone.
