Kenneth L. Box
Kenneth L. Box, 83, of League City, passed away August 30, 2022 in Galveston. Kenneth was born October 23, 1938 to Addie and William John Box in Houston, Texas. Following his graduation from Sam Houston High School, he went on to graduate with honors from the University of Houston Law School where he was a member of The Order of the Barons, the honorary legal scholastic society of the college of law. Kenneth worked to become an attorney and had a law practice in Houston, a calling he enjoyed for almost 30 years until his retirement. He was a loyal member of Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church in Dickinson.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, James Kevin Box.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 64 years Saunnie Lee Ellison Box; daughter Kimberly Aaron; brother Charles Box; grandchildren Justin Box, Johnathan Box, Lindsay Howard, Glen Tadych, and Michael Tadych; and great-grandchildren Aurora Howard and Lucas Howard.
A memorial mass will be celebrated 10:30 am, Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church, Dickinson. Father Larry Wilson presiding.
So sorry to hear about Ken Box. I worked for him as a legal secretaries the known as Mullins, Box & Parish. I really enjoyed working with him for several years.
May he rest in peace. Saunnie so sorry for your loss.
