Kathleen Ann Byrne
Kathleen Ann Byrne was born March 5, 1981, in Roswell, New Mexico, and passed from this life on April 2, 2024. She came to Texas at a very young age and lived here the rest of her life.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her grandparents Lem A. Tate, Jr. and Virgie Tate, and her aunt Judy Dobbs.
Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband, Jason Mann; her parents Deborah and Robert Korndorffer, twin brother Joel Byrne, and sister Rebecca Korndorffer; along with her very much loved aunt Karen Alexander and cousins Brian Alexander, Erin Schroeder, Shannon Hill, and Gregg Dobbs; as well as her nephews Bryce, Tyler, and Rivers Fowler, and her nieces, Jewel, Lexie, Jessica, Sarah, and little Rick.
Kathleen graduated from Dickinson High School Magnum Cum Laude where she enjoyed and excelled at playing softball and volleyball. She attended Alvin Community College after graduation. Kathleen loved playing volleyball but softball was her true passion. She spent many years playing softball with the American Softball Association in Dickinson. Kathleen spent many happy times with her aunts and cousins. She also enjoyed books, games, movies, family, and friends, and she loved animals.
Kathleen was a beautiful person outward and inward. She was tremendously loved and adored by her husband and family. Everyone who knew her loved her. She was kind spirited, tender hearted, witty, and loving and will be sorely missed.
She will always be her Mom’s Ladybug.
In her honor a visitation will be held, Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 12:00-1:00pm with a memorial service following at 1:00pm in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel, Dickinson,Texas.
