To know her was to love her – until we meet again.
My father, Dan McNeel was her neighbor across the street. He told us this story over and over that he went to Ball High School with your mom since he went back to school after being in the Navy. He should have graduated with your dad! I loved going over to your mom’s to talk to her before getting the newspapers for my dad after your mom was finished with them.
Mrs. Joyce was a sweet person I meet her when my daughter Teresa was her caregiver. May she RIP and give heaven more beauty.
Very sad to hear Joyce is no longer with us.
“Hello darling” was our 1st words to each every time we spoke over the phone.
She was always cheerful & kept us up to date with all family in USA & UK. Joyce felt very close & proud of her English heritage.
As a matriarch Joyce played her part extremely well – even at the grand age of 91 years she had an incredible memory.
Joyce & George have left us but have given us so many happy memories, fun times when we visited each other.
We may be thousands of miles apart but we will always hold Joyce close to our hearts.
Our condolences to Cheryl, Robbie, Billy, Eleanor and family’s.
