Dear Todd Family,
I’m so sorry hear about the passing of your dear mother, Joy. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all during this time of sorrow. She was a dynamic, caring, giving, laughter-filled lady with an inexhaustible energy that brightened the atmosphere of those in her company. My husband and I so enjoyed her sense of humor and the real estate memories she shared with us. Joy was an amazing woman and we will miss her.

My deepest sympathy to the entire family. Joy was a loving, caring person who exemplified class and professionalism. May all realize her last breath on earth gave way to her first breath in heaven. May GOD bless her sole and the hearts of all who loved and will miss her.

My heart felt condolences to Joy’s family. My husband and I relocated from Phoenix to Houston in 2004. We were lucky enough to have Joy as our realtor and she became our friend in the process. And what a great friend! Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Please know your Mom, sister, cousin was a force to be reckoned with. And a heart bigger than the state if Texas.
I just found a letter from Joy and decided to look her up. I am very sad to learn of her passing. I enjoyed her friendship and the wonderful way she enjoyed her children. I would have loved to have heard her brag about her grandchildren. I am sorry for you as it is a great loss. I know that she is still spreading Joy everywhere.
Omg! We lived next to Joy when we’re in Camarillo California! I remember Holly and TyTy! Joy was full of life and such a happy vivacious lady! Her husband was in Nam and my husband Ron was in Jagc! It was an amazing time to be alive! I just happened to remember her name and saw her face / so sad to see she passed! She was a pleasure to know!
