It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved baby, Jordan James Cortez, who passed away on March 4, 2025 at the tender age of two months. Though his time with us was brief, his memory will forever be cherished.

Jordan was born on January 1, 2025 in Galveston, Texas to loving parents Tristin Hommel and Anthony Jordan Cortez.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Scott Hommel. He leaves behind to treasure his memory, Grandmothers, MaeLynn Solberg and Debra Lucio; aunts, June, Brookelyn, Kaydence, Trinity, Amber, Chelsa, Danielle and Bethany and uncles, Robert and Joshua.

In his honor, there will be a visitation on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 9:00am to 10:00am at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas, followed by a funeral service.
