  2. John was a wonderful neighbor. We had so many conversations over the fence about the dogs, the bay, and our families. He made us feel welcome into the neighborhood. Every time I use the little red shelf he made for me I will think of him.

  3. Joan, I was shocked and saddened when I saw John’s obituary. As you may recall, he was my boss at IBM for a year or so, back when we were supporting the SPF. I really enjoyed working for him, and am proud to be able to say he was my friend. Sincerest condolences to you and the rest of the family.

  4. Joan, I am sorry for your loss and the challenges leading up to John’s death. I thought I was coming today until a family emergency came up as I was going out the door. I greatly appreciate John’s wisdom and advice that I received while working at IBM. I also often used you as an example of a highly productive and professional employee.
