Rest in Forever Peace Uncle John, thank you for the many years of Christmases parties where you were Santa Clause, & hosted hay rides & caroling. Thank you for including me in summer/spring time pool parties at your house & for the time or two I was allowed me to ride with you guys in the suburban on the way to the country to grandma Dorothy & Grandpa Carvel’s! For allowing us less fortunate cousins to participate in the 4 wheeling, horse back riding, etc entertainment that you guys had available when we didn’t.
You & Aunt Mary are the reason I built my future family plans, as a young girl/early teen girl, to settle in & raise my family in Santa Fe, TX… that didn’t work out for me quite like it did for you guys. You made marriage, kids & general life look like a walk in the park! Thank you for showing us that was a possibility. I love you, you will be missed. Give Grandma, Grandpa Wick & Grandpa Carvel my love. Oh, & Aunt Jean, Uncle Larry & Shane too! <3
John,
Robin and I are deeply sorry for your families loss. Know y’all are in our thoughts and prayers and have our most heartfelt condolences.
John and I are so sad to hear of the passing of our friend and neighbor. Our condolences to Mary and her family.
