Joan Barbara Weinman, of Houston, Texas passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the age of 83. She was born January 9, 1934 in Rockville Center, New York to Charles and Lee Katz. Joan was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Lee Katz and her husband Edward L. Weinman. She is survived by her sons Matthew Weinman and Wife Angie, Kevin Weinman and wife Amy, Keith Weinman, and Adam Weinman and Wife Jennifer, sister Carol Rich, grandchildren, Jennifer Strickland and Husband Cory, Joshua Weinman and wife Sarah, Devon Weinman, Allie Mindell, Eli Mindell, Jacob Weinman and great-grandchildren Savannah Strickland, Norah Strickland and Leah Strickland. The family will receive friends on March 26, 2017 at 2pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas 77573.
