Jesse Lee Vaughn, aged 51, died peacefully in his home in Latexo, June 10, 2024. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was born May 26, 1973 in Galveston.

He is survived by mother, Sandra Kennedy Minter of Latexo and father, Terry Lee Vaughn and wife Cindy of Webster, brother, Michael Collier of Crockett, and sister, Tessa Vaughn-Goryance and husband John of Leander. He is also survived by his 3 daughters who he loved more than anything. Ashley Vaughn and husband Reydel Fonseca of La Marque, Rebecca Hall and husband Rodney of Hitchcock and Amia Vaughn of Latexo. He was an extremely proud papa of 6 Rodney, Weyman, Izabella, Klaus, Heiden, and Westyn. His memory will live on with his aunt Cynthia Kennedy Raulerson and husband Mark and his aunt Mary Kennedy, as well as his other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Patricia Kennedy and Desaw and Bernice Vaughn all of La Marque, as well as his uncle Robert ‘Bobby’ Kennedy and sister Jolene Vaughn.

The family wishes to have a private day of celebration at this time but the family truly hopes that his loved ones will take a moment to remember him in their own ways.
