Jerry Glenn Burnley

Jerry Glenn Burnley of La Porte, TX was born on November 20th, 1959 in Houston, TX. to Pascal and Ola Burnley. Jerry passed away in Baywood Crossings Nursing Home in Pasadena, TX on May 31, 2020 at 7:21 a.m. at the age of 60. His death was caused by dementia.

He grew up playing football and baseball alongside his identical twin brother Terry. Jerry attended and graduated from South Houston High School where he was a member of the football and baseball team. Jerry later met his wife Kathryn Burnley whom he had his one and only daughter—Morgan Burnley— with. The couple went their separate ways in 2016.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry leaves behind his daughter, Morgan Burnley; brothers: Terry Lynn Burnley and Kenneth Leon Burnley, Kenneth’s wife Annelies; nieces and nephews: Kristin Holzmann, Kandice Burnley-Hall, Keely Jenkins and Brandon Burnley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Justin Tanner officiating at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland.
