Jerry Dean Argo
Jerry Dean Argo, 51, a life long resident of Alvin, TX, and Pearland, passed away on August 30, 2022, in Pearland, TX. Jerry was born June 29, 1971 in Houston, TX. Jerry lived a simple life. He was very gifted & talented. Anything he put his mind to he could bring to life. Jerry was a man of all trades. Rather it was mechanical, fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, electrical. He could do it ALL. He was kind, loving & respectful. If you couldn’t get ahold of him, it was because he was on the other line, Fishing.
He is preceded in death by his father, John William Argo, Sr.; and brother, John William Argo, Jr.Jerry is survived by his mother, Vanessa Argo; daughter, Leah Marie Argo, husband Gage Shipley; grandchildren: Laci Argo, Greyson Shipley; aunt, Vickie and Will Goss; great aunt and uncle, Will and Lisa McNeill, Shirley and Bobby Corder, Susan Slutz and numerous cousins.
There will be a visitation held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland. Burial to follow at SouthPark Cemetery.
My prayers and sympathy to all of Jerry’s family and friends.
He was a great man and loved by all.

Jerry you had the biggest heart and I will always remember the times you showed up to pickup my boy’s at 4:00 o’clock in the morning to take them fishing, Derrick really enjoyed that. You always treated them like your own nephews and Derrick loved you like an Uncle. My heart breaks for Leah, Laci, Vanessa and the family. You are forever in our hearts RIP my friend until we meet again.
