Janet Lou Minshew, 85 of La Marque passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024 in Webster.  She was born on September 29, 1938 to Robert and Helen Anders.

She was a lifelong residence of La Marque.  Janet attended St. Michael’s Episcopal Church and worked for Texas First Bank and many other banks from 1974 – 1996.

Janet is preceded in death by parents; husband Curtis Minshew, son Thomas Minshew, sister Barbara Jean Trimble and brother Robert Anders.  She is survived by her daughter Victoria Baker (Robert) son Mark Minshew (Trish), brother Chuck Anders, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren

A visitation will be on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 10:00am – 11:00am at the Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque.  Funeral service will follow at 11:00am with Rev. Bill Cole officiating. Burial will be at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.
