Jana Kay Boyle
Jana Kay Boyle (Alexander) Born August 27, 1966 Died July 29, 2019
Jana was a loving wife and mother of two. She is greatly missed by her sons Conan and Zach, and husband Rob. Jana graduated Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Analysis in 1988 and has worked in IT in Houston ever since. She most recently worked at the HP Enterprise center north of Houston. She enjoyed cooking, reading, camping, and tailgating Aggie football games. Jana was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. She frequently volunteered at the Interfaith Ministries food pantry, preparing groceries for delivery. Jana had gone with her family on multiple wilderness camping, hiking, and canoeing trips in the Boundary Waters, Grand Canyon, and Texas state parks. Jana enjoyed RVing and preparing “The Inferno” for large parties with family, friends, and Aggie students. She fiercely loved her family and was happiest at family gatherings. She is survived by her parents, Warren and Linda, her sisters, Sherry and Lisa, her sons, Conan and Zach, and her husband, Rob.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clare of Assisi 3131 El Dorado Blvd, Houston, TX 77059 on Friday August 2nd at 10:30 AM.
I am so saddened by Jana’s passing! She was a bright, strong women that never failed to make me smile! Always a great coworker will be dearly missed!

Jana was a wonderful person to work with, She always approached every question confidently and calmly. Every thing she did was with grace and care for the work and for the individual.

I was in disbelief this morning when another co-worker pinged me to tell me the sad news. I am saddened that a young bright, fun loving, and joyful person to work with has passed. She was well liked at work. She loved to talk about her boys. She will be missed.
Eternal rest grant unto Jana K. Boyle, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace through the Mercy of God. My sincere condolence to her entire family and friends.
Though we worked on the same team for 10 years… and only met face to face once, you made a lasting impression on me. You will be missed.
Jana was a truly wonderful and valued colleague that always had time for me when I needed her assistance. Our thought and prayers go out to her family and friends at this most sorrowful time. Her smiling face and helpful spirit will be enormously missed.

God’s love and blessings to all of Jana’s family and friends at this sad time. I knew Jana as a young child when she slept in her father’s office while he was “babysitting” one day as I worked as his secretary. I knew her as a very successful student, a loving wife and mother, and even as a beautiful young business woman, whom her father bragged about. My heart aches for her loss and for the grief her family suffers at her passing. The world will be a dimmer place without Jana’s beautiful smile upon you ~ and upon the world.
My love and sorrow-filled thoughts for Jana’s parents, Warren and Linda, whom I adore; and to her husband, her sons and her dear sisters. I hope Jana will make this time of grieving easier for each of you and give comfort for all who loved her by showing you in her own way that she is still there beside you in spirit…for she is… even though her physical body is no longer with you. Dear Rob, my condolences to you and your family. I will always remember how gracious Jana was to me and always greeted me with a welcoming smile. I regret that I will not be able to attend the funeral mass for Jana as I am out of town. My prayers are with you all!
I’m very sad to hear of Jana’s untimely passing.
I have worked with her over the past decade or so in her Shell and T-Systems jobs until I retired a year ago and found her to be a great colleague and friend. I will miss her. My thoughts are with her family and those closest to her and I wish them the strength to deal with their loss.
Aggie Jana was just delightful! Her uplifting and positive, can-do attitude was a bright spot in my work day. May her many gifts and volunteering live on through her sons and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Nehemiah 8:10.

I am deeply honored & blessed to have known Jana. We joined Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA) at the same time to take advantage of a 2-for-1 deal; I called her my ESA twin. She was a work-horse when it came to volunteering. Her unpretentious nature will be sorely missed.
I didn’t have the fortune of knowing Jana, but my heart grieves for her husband Rob (who I work with), their kids and all of their family and friends. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Working with Jana was like having an encyclopedia next to you. You could talk to her on any subject and was such a delightful person to be with. I still remember her sitting next to me and taking to her everyday. will miss her smiles and conversations. May her soul rest in peace.
Even though I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jana face-to-face she was always bright, bubbly and dependable in our meetings. Never one to be flustered and always calm and composed.
