JAMES PAVELL FINNEGAN, 84, a lifelong resident of Houston, TX was born on September 27, 1930 in Houston, TX and passed away on March 29, 2015 in Houston, TX. Mr. Finnegan proudly served his country in the U.S. Army; he attended Church of Christ and worked as a butcher for his whole life.

Mr. Finnegan is preceded in death by his parents, William and Nannie Finnegan Sr. and his 2 sisters.

He is survived by his 2 brothers, William “Bill” Finnegan Jr. and Walter Finnegan; his nieces, Theresa Finnegan and Kay Cheesman and his nephew Aurthur Steaks.

There will be a memorial service on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland,  Bill Cole will be officiating.
